Booth Space at the Fair

The Sonoma-Marin Fair draws more than 60,000 attendees over five days. Of those, 38% are over 13 years old; 24% are children 12 and under; 2% are seniors. These fair goers enjoy family-style and spectacular full-size carnival rides, a separate section of fun and colorful kiddie carnival rides, headliner entertainment nightly, livestock exhibits, home and fine arts exhibits, wine tasting of award-winning wines from our North of the Gate Wine Competition, the World Champion Ugly Dog Competition, a Talent Show, and much, much more.

Two kinds of booth spaces are available at the Fair:
Commercial Exhibitor
Food Concessionaire

Commercial Exhibitor Information

Most Commercial Exhibitor booths are grouped in our 14,000 square foot Commercial Pavilion, adjacent to our Main Stage. Others line the well-traveled Gnoss Concourse, which crosses the center of the grounds.

Indoor & Outdoor: The Sonoma-Marin Fair has both indoor and outdoor commercial space.  In order for your application to be reviewed it must be complete with all requirements: Application, photos of items for sale/booth and deposit of $200. Your deposit is not processed until you are accepted. You may submit a check payable to the Association or a Credit Card Authorization Form. If you are not accepted your $200 check or Credit Card Authorization Form is returned or shredded. We encourage you to check the maps below for the latest space availability.   To get on the wait-list a complete application must be submitted with a Credit Card Authorization form approving the entire cost of the booth space.  Your card will not be processed until accepted.

Food Concessionaire Information

Very few Food Concession spaces are available. To be considered for a site at the Fair, a concessionaire should offer an unusual menu, and already contacted the Sonoma County Health Department for an estimate on fees. Depending on permit required the fee could be $286 – $600, depending on when acquired.

Once you are officially accepted, you have 30 days to get your health permit and report your permit number and expiration.  Your permits must be attained a minimum of 45 days before the event.

Please submit your application completed in full. Missing information will delay processing of your application.

To be considered for a Food Concessionaire download this application.
