Youth Programs Pitch-Hit-Run - Baseball fever hits the Sonoma-Marin Fair. On Friday, June 23rd, boys and girls ages 6 to 13 are invited to the Pitch-Hit-Run event which kicks off with a pre-fair clinic from 10 to noon, a hotdog lunch, and all day access to the fair for just $12. After the clinic, celebrate your season at the Fairground's Behrens Picnic Area near Clo's Corner, the Exotic Petting Zoo, and the John Deere Tractor Races! Tickets are available at the gate or online by clicking here. Gates open 9 a.m. on Friday, June 23 for attendees. Early registration helps us determine how many lunches we need so if you can, register online! Coloring Contest - It's that time of year for all young artists! "COME ON DOWN TO RIVER TOWN" has been chosen as this year's theme for the annual Sonoma-Marin Fair coloring contest. The coloring contest is designed for K-6th grade and has been a long time tradition of the Fair. We hang EVERY picture in the Community Building during Fair time. Simply download the front which has the coloring image (click here) and the back (click here) which requests your name, address, and phone and submit both to the Fair Offices by Friday, June 10th at 5 p.m. READING OLYMPICS winners announced!
