Booth Space at the Fair

Plans are under way for the return of the Sonoma-Marin Fair in 2022.  The Sonoma-Marin Fair draws more than 60,000 attendees over five days. Of those, 38% are over 13 years old; 24% are children 12 and under; 2% are seniors. These fair goers enjoy family-style and spectacular full-size carnival rides, a separate section of fun and colorful kiddie carnival rides, headliner entertainment nightly, livestock exhibits, home and fine arts exhibits, wine tasting of award-winning wines from our North of the Gate Wine Competition, the World Champion Ugly Dog Competition, and much, much more.

Two kinds of booth spaces are available at the Fair:
Commercial Exhibitor

Commercial Exhibitor Information

Most Commercial Exhibitor booths are grouped in our 14,000 square foot Commercial Pavilion, adjacent to our Main Stage. Others line the well-traveled Gnoss Concourse, which crosses the center of the grounds.

The Fair is dedicated to improving Fair Patron traffic inside the Shopping Pavilion.  Adding to the success in 2018, there will be a fourth attraction inside the Shopping Pavilion. In the area near the roll-up door there will be a Dinosaur exhibit including a lifelike version that will be part of the fair’s strolling grounds acts.  Part of that strolling act there will also be a small Dinosaur that will be will travel via miniature jeep in and out of the building to the surrounding areas of the fairgrounds.

We are hopeful the return of the Butterfly and Dinosaur attractions, relaxation Station and two scavenger hunt locations will return for 2022.  Similar to 2019, the scavenger hunt location inside the hall will move each day.  We will be inviting vendors to host the scavenger hunt ID location.  Please contact the Commercial and Concession Manager at the Administration office to sign up.  The first 10 vendors that sign up, will host the scavenger hunt ID location.
