Booth Space at the Fair

Plans are underway for the Sonoma-Marin Fair in 2024.  The Sonoma-Marin Fair draws more than 42,000 attendees over four days. Of those, 38% are over 13 years old; 24% are children 12 and under; 2% are seniors. These fairgoers enjoy family-style and spectacular full-size carnival rides, a separate section of fun and colorful kiddie carnival rides, headliner entertainment nightly, livestock exhibits, home, and fine arts exhibits, wine tasting of award-winning wines from our North of the Gate Wine Competition, the World Champion Ugly Dog Competition, and much, much more.

Two kinds of booth spaces are available at the Fair:
Commercial Exhibitor
Food Concessionaire

Commercial Exhibitor Information

Most Commercial Exhibitor booths are grouped in our 14,000 square foot Commercial Pavilion, adjacent to our Main Stage. Others line the well-traveled Gnoss Concourse, which crosses the center of the grounds.

Indoor & Outdoor: The Sonoma-Marin Fair has both indoor and outdoor commercial space.  In order for your application to be reviewed it must be complete with all requirements: Application, photos of items for sale/booth and deposit of $200. Your deposit is not processed until you are accepted. You may submit a check payable to the Association or a Credit Card Authorization Form. If you are not accepted your $200 check or Credit Card Authorization Form is returned or shredded. See Credit Card Authorization Form and address below.  Applications are accepted until booths are sold out, then a waiting list is started.

We encourage you to check the maps below for the latest space availability.   To get on the wait list a complete application must be submitted with a Credit Card Authorization form approving the entire cost of the booth space.  Your card will not be processed until accepted.  Maps will be updated by March 1, 2024.
