Hitting the Petaluma Stage on opening night is award-winning Loverboy ready to rock the crowd on Wednesday, June 19. With their trademark red leather pants, bandannas, big rock sound and high-energy live shows, Loverboy has sold more than 10 million albums, earning four multi-platinum plaques, including the four-million-selling “Get Lucky”, and a trio of double-platinum releases in their self-titled 1980 debut, “Keep It Up” and “Lovin’ Every Minute of It”. Their string of hits includes, in addition to the anthem “Working for the Weekend,” arena rock staples as “Lovin’ Every Minute of It,” “This Could Be the Night,” “Hot Girls in Love,” “The Kid is Hot Tonite,” and “Turn Me Loose.” Loverboy still holds a record of six Juno awards and since 1992; the band has maintained a steady road presence. In March 2009, the group was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall Of Fame. For the first time ever the Sonoma-Marin Fair is excited to welcome a Roots & Boots 90’s Electric Throwdown with Sammy Kershaw, Aaron Tippin and Collin Raye Thursday, June 20. This electric trio of country music artists remain some of the greatest voices of our time. In the course of breaking into the ranks of stardom in country music, Sammy Kershaw has made contributions to more than just the charts. His platinum albums were propelled into the records books by hits such as “She Don’t Know She’s Beautiful” and “Don’t Go Near the Water”. Aaron Tippin has crusaded for the working man and woman since he ripped country music wide open with uncompromising single “You’ve Got To Stand For Something.” Five of his albums are certified “Gold” and his honest lyrics and direct, impassioned vocals ring clear in “I Wouldn’t Have It Any Other Way” and “That’s As Close As I Get To Loving You.” And Collin Raye, with 24 top ten records, is nothing if not passionate. His soulful delivery has set country standards in such searing ballads as “Love Me”, “In This Life”, “My Kind Of Girl” and “That’s My Story”. Collin is truly and electrifying performer and energizing showman.

On Friday, June 21 Lifehouse returns to Petaluma with their infectious, upbeat hit songs “Hanging by a Moment”, “First Time”, “Halfway Gone” and “Hurricane.” Since their debut album No Name Face, released in 2001, Lifehouse has sold over 15 million records worldwide and played to sold-out shows around the world. Their staying power is in large part due to lead vocalist Jason Wade’s signature voice and his heartfelt songwriting talents along with co-producer Jude Cole. Since 2001 the band has released six more albums, three of which made the Billboard Top Ten. Expect high-energy rock performances and intimate acoustic moments from a Lifehouse set.

Saturday, June 22 singer, songwriter David Lee Murphy brings both old and new to the Sonoma-Marin Fair. For decades Murphy’s songs have been recorded by superstars like Luke Bryan, Keith Urban, Florida Georgia Line, Eric Church and many more. Today David is launching a new album titled No Zip Code. Encouraged by long-time friend, Kenny Chesney, the collection contains good-time, party-hearty anthems and already has a hit single “Everything’s Gonna Be Alright” a duet with Kenny. Murphy, whose songs “Dust on the Bottle and “Party Crowd” continue to be staples at country radio, is a pioneer of the edgy, rocking style that now dominates modern country music today.

LOS DINNOS (aurios)

In 1986, a musical dream of three young men finally culminated to be the band LOS DINNOS. It should be noted that almost all the members of Los Dinnos are from Aguililla, Michoacan, the birthplace of many great artists. In1990 their second album, called THE GIRL OF MY DREAMS, lands first place in Billboard magazine and sold more than 100,000 copies. Hit songs include, “TELL ME ” and “ THE JEWELRY OF MY LIFE”. In 1995 they recorded their 6th album titled “LOVE”, whose hit song manages to place second in the Billboard charts, achieving success in the United States, Mexico, Central America, South America and Puerto Rico. This album also won the nomination for Premios Lo Nuestro and sold more than 300,000 copies.

Nuevos Aventureros is a band with a unique style of playing “Norteño” (Mexican Genre). They started their adventure in 2013 and quickly began to captivate their audience with the single “Tomando Mezcal.” Shortly after they released their first album titled “Corazón Aventurero” where you can find songs like “Señora Bonita, Amigo de Amigos, El Celular” and of course “Corazón Aventurero.” Recently they announced the release of their new album called “Hoy Empiezo” with songs that identify them even more, songs like “Quiero Dejarte De Amar, No Puedo Estar Lejos De Ti, Un Par De Noches” and many more. They are well known for bringing an unforgettable show to their audience, their love and passion for music is an experience you have to live.

In 2015 TAMBORAZO SANTO DOMINGO began right here in our own town of Petaluma. Originally from the beautiful state of OAXACA MEXICO, all its members come with a great musical talent. Many began to play corridos, sones, polkas and chilenas early on. Today they are known to be crowd pleasers and are considered a revelation of their genre.
