Important Volunteer and Donation Information
Thank you for your generosity and concern for our community in need. Together, we can effectively assist and care for our beloved community.
Volunteer Parking: We kindly ask that all volunteers park in the Main Parking Lot off of Washington St and walk onto the grounds. Medical Volunteers report to the Beverly C Wilson Hall for placement. All other volunteers report to Herzog hall for placement at the shelter.
We have had an overwhelming response from our community. Because of your kindness and generosity we will need to close donations at this time. We’re working to redistribute items to other shelters in need, as we’re in an excess.
Please help us spread the word. We have many people posting personally or asking others directly for specific items, we ask the community to the website or Facebook first for the most up to date information available.”
Cash donations can be made to the Redwood Credit Union North Bay Fire Relief Fund at https://www.redwoodcu.org/northbayfirerelief
We are up and running with online sign ups for Volunteers! Check out the link below to sign up for shifts beginning tomorrow. Please share!
We continue to be overwhelmed with the generosity and support of our community volunteers. As we work to improve our volunteer placement, we ask for your patience and cooperation. Task assignments and placement is still being managed on site. Please park in the Main Parking Lot and walk to the Herzog Hall(cafeteria area) to sign in and be assigned an area where you can help. Please do not forget to sign out when you’re shift is over.
We are currently working on our medical clinic online sign ups. The link is temporarily down while we change what our current needs are here in Petaluma. We hope to have it back up within 24 hours. If you have signed up for a shift please check back to the sign up link as PDFs are now being uploaded for shift schedules. Please know you must provide your medical license information and show your photo ID. If you feel that your name should be on the PDF scheduling and is not, please email us at:
