By entering the Sonoma-Marin Fair, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

Your entry and presence on the event premises constitute your consent to be photographed, filmed, and otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Sonoma-Marin Fair and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news, and advertising.

By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video, or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or any fees for the use of such record media.

You understand that all photography, filming, and recording will rely on this consent. If you disagree, please do not enter the event premises.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

At the Stages: No cameras, video equipment, or tape recorders are allowed in the Main Concert Stage or the Kiwanis Park Stage areas. No chairs or coolers are allowed on the grass in front of the Main Stage.

Lost Children: The designated family meeting area is the Chicken Statue just inside the Main Entrance. Parents should arrange to meet their children in this area if they get separated.

Security and Safety: Fair attendees are advised not to bring pocketknives or other such objects which may be a threat to the safety and security of other Fairgoers. Any such objects found will be confiscated.

Carnival Ride Limits: Access to some carnival rides may be denied for visitors not meeting height requirements or those with physical disabilities, such as casts.

Media: All media must check in at the main office with the Marketing Director. We encourage you to reach out prior to Fair if you plan to do any media coverage or take photos/video for this purpose. You can email [email protected] for more information.

No Skateboards are allowed.

No dogs are allowed (except for World’s Ugliest Dog Contest participants on Friday only). ONLY Service dogs are allowed to be admitted.

No outside food or drinks are permitted on the fairgrounds.
